How can I get Qubee?

Which services does Qubee offer?

Qubee offers a fast and reliable broadband internet service with tariffs available to suit everyone’s needs.

What is Fair Usage Policy (FUP) and how does it work?

Qubee Fair Usage Policy applies to all residential packages including Wow 10 GB, Limited 20GB, Unlimited and Plug n Play packages. Fair Usage policy for unlimited packages is 100GB for Explore Max, 100GB for Conquer Max, 150GB for Invade Max & 200GB for Supreme Max; Terms & Conditions apply. Fair Usage Policy for shuttle packages is 60GB on Explore & 70GB on Conquer. The unlimited packages for residential users are not usable by commercial users or for further reselling as per directives of PTA.

What happens if I run out of my data volume before the month ends?

If you run out of your volume data before the month ends and you want to resume your package’s actual speed, you can call on our 24-hour Helpline (11 10 78233) and get a volume loan of 2 GB worth Rs.75 which will be payable with your upcoming bill. You can also purchase any Volume Bundle (4GB for Rs.100, 10GB for Rs.200, 20GB for Rs. 300 and 40GB for Rs.500) by visiting the nearest Qubee store or get a top up through JazzCash.

Is Qubee suitable for use while traveling?

Yes, Qubee coverage is available in Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Due to Wimax technology limitations and solid state structure penetration, user experiences may vary slightly from area to area, or while in transit. For optimum service quality, please make sure that your usage premises does not lie outside our designated Coverage maps. Qubee Services do not work outside the aforementioned cities.

Is Qubee available in my area?

Qubee is currently available in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad & Rawalpindi: you can check our coverage area here . We’re very sorry if our service doesn’t currently include your home or business, but please keep checking as the Qubee network is growing all the time. We also have plans to expand into other cities. If you’d like to register your interest for the Qubee service when it becomes available in your city, please write to us here.

Is a Qubee connection more reliable than cable or dial-up?

We use WiMAX technology which means that you receive our internet service wirelessly. We don’t have to rely on infrastructure which could become old and corroded. This allows us to provide a faster, more reliable service.

Which operating systems and devices does Qubee support?

Qubee can be used with most computers and operating systems (windows based). Non windows based, Wifi devices can also be connected via Qubee wifi routers. Examples of such devices include gaming consoles like PS3, x box, Apple devices, smartphones etc.

How do I access the internet with Qubee?

Once our engineer has installed your Qubee modem, you’ll be able to access the internet anytime simply by logging onto your computer/device as usual.

What can I do with 1GB?

1GB is a surprisingly large amount of data. You can stream around 19 hours of MP3 music or watch 7 hours of YouTube video or send 13,000 emails with small photo attachments.

What is WiMax?

WiMAX stands for Worldwide Inter-operability for Microwave Access. It’s a new way to receive broadband internet services and uses radio waves to deliver them to a subscriber. To use the service you must live within the radius of one of our base stations as shown on ourcoverage map.

What is VoIP?

Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is the technology which allows you to make a phone call over the internet. You can use it to call other internet users or to call a normal phone number.

What do I need to bring with me to register for Qubee?

Please bring your CNIC card. We’ll photocopy it and return it to you on the spot.

When do I receive my bill?

All Qubee billing is done on 1st of every month and is sent to the email address provided at the time of sign-up. A paper copy of your bill is also available on request (additional charges of Rs. 50 apply per delivery). Please call Qubee customer services if you require this service.

When is the due date for payment of my bill?

All bill payments are due by the 5th of the month. In case of late payment, a surcharge is levied. Please pay your bills within the given period to enjoy uninterrupted service.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Qubee has a number of payment solutions available, we’re looking to get even more channels aligned to make transactions easier for all our customers. For details, please visit our payment solutions page.

What happens if I exhaust my download volume?

The volume limit assigned to you is valid for 1 month. If you join for example on the 25th of the month, your assigned volume is on a pro-rated basis of the total volume available for the full month. Upon consumption of allocated volume, the connection speed is downgraded as per fair usage policy. Original speed is reverted at the start of next month, without any addtional charges. After downgrade, users can buy additional volume buckets during the month to regain speed within the same month(bucket volume is only valid for month of purchase).

How long will it take to set up my connection?

Once you’ve signed up, we’ll get an engineer to come out and install your equipment: typically this will be within 24 hours. Our engineer should take about an hour to set up the equipment and he won’t leave until he’s sure you are successfully connected.

Can I install the equipment myself?

We’re very happy to provide free installation by our own engineers.

Can I upgrade my package if I want more bandwidth?

Yes. Please contact our customer care line. Our agents will be happy to advise you.

Can I use my existing modem to access Qubee?

No, you will need a dedicated Qubee modem.

Can I connect more than one computer to the Qubee service?

Of course. The easiest way is to buy a Qubee CPE with Wi-Fi. You can then have all your household computers online with just one Qubee connection.

I want more bandwidth/speed. What should I do?

If you’re not already on our fastest speed, please call us at 021-11-10-78233 and speak to our customer service and support agents.

What if my computer is set up in one room but the wireless signal is stronger in another?

The simplest way is to buy a Wi-Fi enabled CPE which will enable you to receive the signal in one room and use it on a computer in another. If you need more help with this please contact our customer care and support line.

How secure is the connection?

WiMax is an inherently secure technology with encryption and authentication performed automatically. It’s still important that internet users make sure that their own computers have anti-virus software installed and that users only visit sites and download emails from trusted sources.

How do I manage my own account?

You can log in to your Qubee account using your Qubee username and password here. If you have any problems logging in, please contact our customer care and support line at 11-10-78233 (QUBEE).

I am moving to a new home; can I take my Qubee connection with me?

Assuming there is coverage, your Qubee connection can be moved to your new home. Please click here to see if your new home is coveredby our service. Don’t forget to tell Qubee customer services you’re moving because we may need to make some minor changes to the way your service is configured.

I am moving to a different city, what will happen to my connection?

Qubee is currently available in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad & Rawalpindi. You can move your connection in any of these cities. If you are leaving for any other city, please contact Qubee customer services to arrange the return of your CPE. We will be pleased to return your security deposit to you.

How can I pay my monthly bill online through My Qubee Self Care?

You can pay your monthly bill by following the steps listed below

Step 1: Visit www.qubee.com.pk and click on the button of Pay Online

Step 2: Enter your SNG (the numbers after the zeros) and Password (same as that of my.qubee and My Qubee App). Then click on Login

Step 3: After logging in, click on Pay My Bill

Step 4: Your billing info will appear in front of you. Click on Pay Now

Step 5: Choose an appropriate payment method. You will be provided with two options, Mobile Account and Credit/Debit Card

Step 6: Fill in the required information for the payment method you selected in step 5

  • In case you selected Mobile Account, enter valid mobile number (which has a mobile account) and email address
  • In case you selected Credit/Debit Card, enter Card Number, Expiry Date, CVV2, and Mobile Number

Step 7: Click on Submit, a message of Successful Payment will be displayed in front of you.


Q. What if I enter an incorrect password and cannot remember the correct one?

In case you enter an incorrect password, the portal will provide an option of Forgot Password. After clicking on Forgot Password, the portal will ask if it should send the password to your registered email address. Click on Send and your password will be sent to your email address.
