With 2012, a lot of things have changed. Other than your waistline, hairstyle and account balance, the new Civic is also headed for a ‘major remodel’ . Pakistan’s preimer luxury sedan claims to (arguably) have the best drive among all commercially popular consumer cars. The new civic boasts to be a hybrid of the ‘Civic Reborn’ model (front) and the Honda city ’11 model (back). Now while some of you might think that it’s gonna look good, it really doesn’t. To us, the Civic dolphin (94-95) was the best shape ever, some of its mod’s still own the underground race events in Pakistan. The new civic 2012 however, is yet another shift towards the CIVIC becoming ‘the corporate executive’s car. We mean it - this little suited up hybrid is gonna be somewhere around the 22k USD range. Considering our market differential, that’s easily gonna be somewhere between the PKR2.5 to 3 million mark here. Its shape (what we dislike the most) reminds us of that confused girl at college, stuck between the trends of yesterday and today. Available in both 2 door and 4 door variations, voice recognition, GPS and whatnot, the new civic should ‘block your lane’ somewhere around June 2012. Worth it? You Decide.
